Morgantown WV’s own JT Redman runs the Redman’s Pound 4 Pound Gym. RP4P offers a variety of different work-outs. They focus on the art of Boxing, Strength N Conditioning . It’s an overall Excellent Fitness program. It helps build Self Confidence, Self Esteem, and Character. It is proven that every 20 minutes spent on a heavy bag you burn 281 calories compared to running and/or riding a bike, where only 128 calories are burned. Classes are offered 3days a week. These combinations of classes will take you to the Top of your fitness level. We also offer One on One lessons.
