Certified public accountant Glenn Walker of Morgantown West Virginia speaks on the leverage the black community can have if they can work together, and focus on their purchasing power. Mr. Walker also talks about President elect Donald Trump’s cabinet appointments, and how our purchasing power is the best way to get their attention and start dialogue. Glenn Walker say’s “the best way to get people to change the way they do business, is to effect their business, cash is king”, he uses the Boston Tea Party as a example of this. An example of what black america could do to show their financial value would be to do a organized day where black america doesn’t spend money, or target a specific product that we don’t support for one day and document it, Mr. Walker believes this action will cause change.
