I first met Adam Payne back in 2001, he was throwing a house party on Grant Ave. He gutted out a house and kept half of the second floor as a stage, I should of known then he was a born music promoter, with a vision. Adam was also very heavy in the music then, he was in a group called the Whiskey Dicks, my band (304 Reconz) played a few shows with them, and it started a long, great relationship. A few years ago Adam created a local promotion company to service the Morgantown area, and since then he has brought great entertainment to the area.
